Our 10,000-square-meter factory is manned by 50 workers who can produce goods that can fill eight 40' HQ containers per month. We have four QC inspectors designated in each production line to guarantee that rigorous quality control procedures are executed to control product quality. This is one of the reasons why our repair rate is at a very low 0.3%. Lead times for delivery vary for different product models. Averagely, lead time takes 45 days. We also have an R&D team composed of two engineers who can develop two new items each month. Our lead time for samples is five days.
